2nd Synthetic Biology Forum in Mexico

The 2nd Forum of Synthetic Biology is an initiative of the National Network of Synthetic Biology and Agrobioteg. This event will be a meeting point for researchers and professionals of synthetic biology in Mexico who are looking to:

  1. Communicate your research projects
  2. Know the technological transfer opportunities that exist in Mexico
  3. Share your experience of working with synthetic biology
  4. Identify the opportunities and challenges for the area in Mexico

The Forum will take place at the Agrobioteg facilities in Irapuato, Guanajuato on December 8 and 9, 2017. Plenary conferences and a poster session will take place at the event. There will also be space for stands for sponsors. In addition, conferences will be broadcast online.


El 2do Foro de Biología Sintética es una iniciativa de la Red Nacional de Biología Sintética y Agrobioteg. Este evento será un punto de encuentro para los investigadores y profesionales de la biología sintética en México que buscan:

  1. Comunicar sus proyectos de investigación
  2. Conocer las oportunidades de transferencia tecnológica que hay en México
  3. Compartir su experiencia de trabajar con biología sintética
  4. Identificar las oportunidades y retos para el área en México

El Foro tendrá lugar en las instalaciones de Agrobioteg en Irapuato, Guanajuato los días 8 y 9 de Diciembre del 2017. En el evento tendrán lugar conferencias plenarias y una sesión de pósters. También habrá espacio de stands para patrocinadores. Además, las conferencias serán transmitidas en línea.
